RS 3:3256 - Exemptions A. The commissioner by rule shall delegate to the Structural Pest Control Commission the authority to examine and certify all structural pest control operators required to be certified under the provisions of R.S. 3:3301 et seq. B. No governmental entity or employee thereof shall be exempt from the certificate, enforcement, or record-keeping provisions of this Part, except as otherwise provided herein.
