RS 3:3279 - Violations A. No person shall violate any provision of this Part or of any rule or regulation adopted under the provisions of this Part. B. Nothing in this Part shall be construed to affect any chemical manufacturing facility being regulated by the Department of Environmental Quality under Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 as of May 1, 1990.
