RS 3:3303 - Administration A. The provisions of this Part shall be administered by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry through the division of pesticide and environmental programs within the office of agricultural and environmental sciences. B. The commissioner shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Part. The rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. C.
