RS 3:3391.10 - Investigations The commissioner may conduct an investigation when he has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of the provisions of this Part or the rules or regulations adopted pursuant to this Part has occurred. In connection with such investigation, the commissioner may issue and serve subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of documents and records anywhere in the state in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
