RS 3:3425 - Limitations of applicability The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to, and the commission shall not have jurisdiction over, the following: (1) Cold storage facilities. (2) Facilities which store only commodities which are imported from outside the boundaries of the continental United States. (3) Repealed by Acts 1997, No. 1034, §2.
