RS 3:3605 - Frivolous lawsuits If the court determines that any action alleging that an agricultural operation is a nuisance is frivolous, the court may award costs of court, reasonable attorney fees, and any other related costs to the defendant. Added by Acts 1983, No. 95, §1.
