RS 3:3705 - Commissioner of agriculture and forestry The commissioner shall administer and enforce the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted under this Chapter. Except as otherwise provided in R.S. 3:3704, the commissioner may employ such personnel as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Chapter. All employees shall be under the supervision of the commissioner. Acts 1990, No. 31, §1, eff. June 20, 1990.
