RS 3:3707 - Term of Chapter This Chapter shall cease to be effective and shall be repealed when all business of the board regarding litigation, adjudicatory hearings, or any other legal or administrative proceedings is resolved or determined by a judgment, order, or decree, which is final and unappealable, or is otherwise finally resolved or determined. Such litigation, adjudicatory hearings, or other legal or administrative proceedings may involve but are not limited to those concerning entitlement to or distribution of undistributed incentive payments previously authorized under this Chapter, or recovery of any wrongfully obtained incentive payments or legal interest thereon under this Chapter or penalties imposed under this Chapter.
