RS 3:4113 - Regulation of vertical integration The commissioner shall be authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to control vertical integration which is the entry of food chain stores into the dairy processing business. In addition to such rules and regulations vertical integration shall be subject to all provisions of this subpart and the antitrust and restraint of trade laws of this state.
