RS 3:4226 - Courts The appropriate courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce, and to prevent and restrain violations of this Chapter, and shall have jurisdiction in all kinds of cases arising under this Chapter. Acts 1968, No. 376, §24; Acts 1985, No. 73, §1.
