RS 3:4231 - Designation; Chapter as superseding other laws This Chapter shall be designated as the Louisiana Meat and Poultry Inspection Law. This Chapter supersedes all city, municipal or other ordinances or laws in the state on meat and poultry inspection in all facets of meat and poultry inspection covered by this Chapter.
