RS 3:4344 - Disposition of the state's portion of the tax A. Subject to the exceptions contained in Article VII, Section 9 of the Constitution of Louisiana, the portion of the timber severance tax allocated to the state by Article VII, Section (4)(D) of the Constitution of Louisiana shall be paid into the state treasury and shall be credited to the Bond Security and Redemption Fund.
