RS 3:4612 - False device prohibited A. No one shall use, sell, hire, offer, or expose for sale or hire, or have in possession for the purpose of using, selling, or hiring a false weight, measure, or weighing or measuring device or any device to be used or calculated to falsify any weight or measure.
