RS 3:4619 - Observation by customer of weighing or measuring devices No one shall use in retail trade, except in the preparation of packages packed in advance of sale, a weighing or measuring device which is not so positioned that its indications may be accurately read and the weighing and measuring operation observed from some position which may reasonably be assumed by a customer.
