RS 3:4683 - Commissioner may seal pumps, etc., used in selling products not conforming to Subpart; interference with commissioner The commissioner has authority to placard or seal any pump, tank or container used or useful in dispensing petroleum products not conforming to the provisions of this Subpart, and no person shall deface or remove any condemnation placard or seals posted or placed by the commissioner, or in any manner interfere with or obstruct the commissioner in the discharge of his duties under the provisions of this Subpart.
