RS 3:4738 - Cooperative endeavor agreement The Louisiana Department of Health and the Department of Agriculture and Forestry shall enter into a written cooperative endeavor agreement authorizing the Department of Agriculture and Forestry to perform inspections in order to determine compliance with this Subpart.
