RS 3:556.11 - Refunds Each person who purchases artificial crawfish bait or crawfish bags may obtain a refund of the assessment by submitting a written request for a refund to the department on or before the fifteenth day after the end of the quarter in which the artificial bait or bags were purchased. Each request for a refund shall be accompanied by copies of invoices or sales receipts showing the amount of bait or bags purchased.
