RS 3:562 - Regulation by Louisiana Board of Animal Health The power of control and execution of this Part over the business and industry of livestock as set forth herein shall be under the Louisiana Board of Animal Health which may exercise such regulatory powers as are necessary to properly carry out the provisions of this Part and may issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary in connection with the provisions of this Part and in requiring that certain animal health requirements be met by market agencies and dealers.
