RS 3:741 - Publication of brands and marks The commission shall maintain a list of all recorded brands and marks, which shall be supplemented annually. The list shall contain a facsimile of each recorded brand or mark and the owner's name and mailing address. The list shall be maintained in convenient form for reference. The commission shall notify the clerk of court and the sheriff of each parish of the list as supplemented. The list may be sold to the general public.
