RS 3:825 - Commissioner of agriculture and forestry to appoint enforcement officer and deputies The commissioner of agriculture and forestry shall appoint an enforcement officer and such deputies as may be needed, who shall be responsible for the enforcement of this part along with the regulations and supplemental rules and regulations promulgated by the commissioner.
