RS 3:83 - Co-operative activities not in restraint of trade No association organized under this Part is in violation of the anti-trust statutes of this state, a combination in restraint of trade, nor an illegal monopoly; an attempt to lessen competition or fix prices arbitrarily; nor shall the marketing contracts or agreements between the association and its members, or any agreement authorized by this Part, be considered illegal or in restraint of trade, or in violation of the anti-trust statutes of this state.
