RS 3:832 - Attorney General and district attorneys to represent commissioner of agriculture and forestry It shall be the duty of the Attorney General and the various district attorneys to represent the commissioner of agriculture and forestry in all legal proceedings in carrying out the provisions of this Part and the rules and regulations made pursuant thereto.
