RS 3:838 - Officers and employees A. The members shall annually elect a chairman and such other officers as deemed necessary. B. The commission shall employ a director and assistant director who shall be appointed by the commission, subject to the approval of the commissioner. The director and assistant director shall be in the unclassified service. The commissioner is authorized to employ such other personnel necessary for the efficient and proper administration of this Part.
