RS 3:901 - State grades of farm products The official minimum state grades of all farm products, fruits, and vegetables presented for sale or for shipment, intrastate or interstate, shall be the grades recommended by the Agricultural Marketing Service of the United States Department of Agriculture and recognized in the central market of the nation as government grades.
