RS 30:111 - Payment for materials furnished or used in drilling well; market price Owners of unleased mineral interests and lessees in any drilling unit authorized by the department of conservation of this state, shall not be liable or obligated to pay to the operator or producer for materials furnished or used in the drilling, completion, and production of any oil, gas, or mineral well drilled on said unit a sum in excess of the prevailing market price of such materials.
