RS 30:1205 - Exemptions The following buildings shall be exempt from the provisions of this Chapter: buildings owned or leased by the United States, buildings not heated or cooled by fuel, and buildings of significance in American history, architecture, archeology, or culture that are listed in the National Register or the State Register.
