RS 30:1302 - Definitions The following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. (1) 'Alcohol' shall mean alcohol fuels distilled in Louisiana from agricultural commodities. (2) 'Gasohol' shall mean a new product composed of a blend of gasoline and not less than ten percent alcohol. Added by Acts 1979, No. 793, §1.
