RS 30:148.1 - Lessor defined For the purposes of this Subpart the term 'lessor' shall refer to and include the State Mineral and Energy Board, any school district, levee district, drainage district, municipal or parochial subdivision of this state, any penal or charitable institution, any state university or college, and any other unit or institution deriving its authority and powers from the sovereignty of the state.
