RS 30:155 - Alternative procedures If an agency does not avail itself of the provisions of R.S. 30:153, it may lease its lands for mineral purposes on its own motion, or on written application, by advertising and letting in the manner provided by this Subpart, subject however to approval of the State Mineral and Energy Board as provided in R.S. 30:158.
