RS 30:2014.2 - Permits; qualifications A. The secretary shall, by July 1, 1998, adopt rules which set out the qualifications and requirements for a person to be granted a permit or to acquire an ownership interest in a permit. The rules shall require a person seeking such permit or ownership interest to include a list of the states where the applicant has federal or state environmental permits identical to or of a similar nature to the permit for which application is being made. B. The term 'person' shall mean an individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity who owns a controlling interest in a company or who participates in the environmental management of the facility for an entity applying for a permit or an ownership interest in a permit.
