RS 30:2014.4 - Transfer of permits; disclosure When a permit or license issued or under review by the Department of Environmental Quality for a commercial hazardous waste disposal facility is to be transferred to another person, the permittee, licensee, or holder of such permit or license shall disclose the identity of the person to whom the permit or license is to be transferred to the department so that the department can obtain the information required in R.S. 30:2014.2. The department shall then provide notice of the intended transfer of ownership of a permit or license for such facility to each member of the legislature in whose district the facility is located, in accordance with R.S. 30:2181.
