RS 30:2020 - Implementation plans, rules, regulations, and orders unaffected All implementation plans, rules, regulations, and orders in effect at the time of the enactment of this Subtitle and those implementation plans presently approved by the state and pending approval before the Environmental Protection Agency shall continue to be in effect unless amended or repealed.
