RS 30:2022.1 - Permits; application; listing A. An applicant for a permit shall file an application in the manner and at the place specified by rule. B. The secretary shall maintain, in a place accessible to the public, a list of all permit applications which have been filed and on which no permit action has become final. The list shall identify the applicant, the location of the activity described in the application, and the type of permit that the applicant seeks. However, the failure by the secretary to prepare or maintain the required list of permit applications shall not affect the validity of the actions taken on such permit applications.
