RS 30:2028 - Environmental training programs The secretary may develop environmental training programs to further the provisions of this Subtitle and to cooperate with facilities to implement training programs for employees which assist in the understanding of the rules and regulations as it pertains to compliance and the reporting as required by all applicable provisions of such regulations.
