RS 30:2065 - Fees In accordance with the provisions of Article VII, Section 2.1 of the Constitution of Louisiana and R.S. 30:2014, for Fiscal Year 1997-1998, the Department of Environmental Quality is authorized to increase any fee listed in the current fee schedules provided for under the department's air quality control program rules and regulations. The fees may be increased by a maximum of eight percent. Acts 1997, No. 884, §1.
