RS 30:2112 - Tort claims In any and all tort claims against any person which arise while that person is rendering assistance during an emergency at the request of any authorized representative of the department or pursuant to an agreement for mutual state radiological assistance as provided for in this Chapter, such person shall be treated as if he were an employee of this state.
