RS 30:2132 - Member of compact for Louisiana; secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality The secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality shall serve ex officio as Louisiana's voting member on the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission. The secretary may designate another official of the Department of Environmental Quality to serve as an alternate member of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission if, as, and when the secretary deems necessary.
