RS 30:2155.1 - Solid waste disposal fees; exemptions On and after January 1, 1995, all small businesses that dispose of less than one hundred tons of solid waste per year and all nonprofit, civic, and fraternal organizations shall be exempt from the payment of solid waste disposal fees assessed by state law. Any fees collected shall be reimbursed to the payees no later than September 1, 1995. Acts 1995, No. 1135, §1.
