RS 30:2200 - Subsurface injection Nothing herein shall limit the power of the assistant secretary of the office of conservation to issue permits and make regulations relative to the subsurface injection of waste products and oil and gas field salt water in compliance with Chapter 1 of Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and the subsurface injection of hazardous wastes in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 USC §300(F) et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 USC §6901 et seq.
