RS 30:2279 - Other laws The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all persons defined herein regardless of whether or not that person is liable for payment of any taxes, cleanup costs, or other costs under any federal statute or enactment which purports to require a party to clean up a hazardous waste site including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act.
