RS 30:2464 - Response coordination A. In responding to actual or threatened unauthorized discharges of oil, the coordinator shall appoint a state-designated on-scene coordinator to act in the coordinator's absence in the event that the coordinator is unable to be physically present at the scene of the discharge. B.
