RS 30:2474 - Suspension If the coordinator determines that a registrant does not have a suitable or adequate discharge prevention and response plan or that the registrant's preventive measures or containment and cleanup capabilities are inadequate, the coordinator may, after an adjudicatory hearing pursuant to the regulatory authority provided in Part II of this Chapter, suspend the registrant's certificate until such time as the registrant complies with the requirements of this Chapter.
