RS 30:2492 - Enforcement Any violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to the enforcement, penalty, procedural, and adjudicatory provisions of this Subtitle. In addition to other factors required to be considered by the secretary in such proceedings, the coordinator shall submit his report regarding a violation of this Chapter to the secretary, and the secretary shall give due consideration to the report.
