RS 30:2493 - Federal funds A. In implementing this Chapter, the coordinator to the greatest extent practicable shall employ federal funds unless federal funds will not be available in an adequate period of time. B. All federal funds received by the state relating to removal costs for threatened or unauthorized discharges of oil under this Chapter shall be deposited in the fund. Acts 1991, 1st Ex.
