RS 30:45 - Commissioner of conservation to enforce Part The commissioner of conservation shall see that the provisions of this Part are fully and properly complied with and the district attorney in whose district a violation takes place shall, on application, bring suit if necessary to enforce the provisions of this Part. Any injunction which may be necessary shall be furnished without bond.
