RS 30:46 - Penalty Whoever violates the provisions of this Part shall be fined not less than fifty dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than thirty days, or both. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Amended by Acts 1952, No. 132, §1.
