RS 30:504 - Division of Natural Resources and Energy A. The commissioner shall establish in the State Department of Conservation a Division of Natural Resources and Energy through which he shall administer, enforce and carry out the powers, duties and functions transferred to him by Part II of this Chapter or otherwise vested in him by this Chapter. B. All of the funds, property and other things, and persons and functions merged, consolidated and transferred by the provisions of Part II of this Chapter to the commissioner and/or the State Department of Conservation shall be in the Division of Natural Resources and Energy.
