RS 30:552 - Regulation by commissioner of gas transporter exempt from FPC The commissioner shall have the power and authority to regulate the rates, services and facilities of any person certified as an intrastate natural gas transporter, and the commissioner, or his delegate, may certify to the Federal Power Commission that the commissioner has regulatory jurisdiction over the rates and services of such person and facilities and is exercising such jurisdiction, with the intent that such certificate shall constitute conclusive evidence of such regulatory power or jurisdiction as permitted by 15 U.S.C.A.
