RS 30:578 - Results contrary to intent of plan; hardship cases A. If the results of some aspects of the emergency gas shortage allocation plan promulgated by the commissioner are contrary to its stated intent, the person affected may request the commissioner to grant an exception on the basis of unintended results. B. Notwithstanding the procedures set forth above, the commissioner shall possess express authority to alter the emergency gas shortage allocation plan as to individual situations in order to alleviate exceptional hardship cases in the event of serious immediate emergencies.
