RS 30:595 - Exemption The provisions of this Part shall not apply to any contract agreement or understanding that involves or affects less than one billion cubic feet of natural gas to be produced, transported, delivered or sold within a twelve month period; provided, that for good cause shown the commissioner may, if he considers it necessary to the accomplishment of the purposes of this Chapter, decrease the amount of gas which may be produced, transported, delivered or sold under this exemption; and, further provided that no such contract shall be exempt from the filing provisions of this Part.
